Buying, receiving, and using your files
Are GradeCove products physical books?
No. GradeCove products are downloadable digital PDF resources. Nothing is shipped.
How do I receive a paid product?
After secure payment, the checkout provider gives you access to the purchased digital files and sends the related order information to your email address.
What is included in a Complete Revision Pack?
Each Complete Revision Pack includes a diagnostic test, three practice papers, answer keys, worked solutions, and progress or study-planning tools. Grade 6 and Grade 7 contain 140 assessment questions; Grade 8 contains 160.
Are answer keys and worked solutions included?
Yes. Paid Complete Revision Packs include answer keys and worked solutions so students and adults can review both the answer and the method.
Can I print the files more than once?
Yes, within the permissions of the GradeCove personal-use and one-to-one teaching license. See the Product License for the full terms.
Can I try something free before buying?
Yes. GradeCove provides free Grade 6, Grade 7, and Grade 8 diagnostic resources and skills checklists. Visit Free Resources to choose the appropriate grade.
How the resources are designed and used
Are GradeCove resources official Common Core tests?
No. GradeCove resources are independently created educational materials aligned with grade-level skills commonly represented in the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. They are not official or endorsed Common Core assessments.
Who are the resources designed for?
They are designed for parents, guardians, homeschool educators, tutors, teachers, and students working with appropriate adult guidance.
How should I choose the correct grade?
Start with the student’s current school grade. If you are unsure about readiness, use the free diagnostic for that grade to identify strengths and learning gaps before purchasing a Complete Revision Pack.
Can GradeCove replace classroom teaching?
No. GradeCove resources support assessment, review, and independent practice. They do not replace qualified teaching, individualized educational assessment, or school services.
Permissions, technical help, and refunds
Can a teacher copy a product for an entire class?
Not under the standard personal-use license. Please review the Product License for the current permitted uses.
What should I do if a file will not open or download?
First try downloading the file again and opening it with a current PDF reader. If the problem continues, contact support@gradecove.com with the order email and product name. Do not include student personal information.
Do you offer refunds?
Because GradeCove products are digital downloads, refunds are limited after files have been accessed. Duplicate purchases, material technical defects, incorrect delivery, and situations required by consumer law may be reviewed. See the Refund Policy for details.
