These Terms govern access to gradecove.com and purchases of GradeCove Learning digital products.
1. Digital products
GradeCove products are downloadable digital files. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, included files, price, and license scope are shown before purchase.
2. Adult purchasers
Purchases and resource requests must be made by adults legally able to enter a contract. Children should use the materials under appropriate adult supervision.
3. License
Unless a different license is expressly purchased, products are licensed for personal household use and limited one-to-one teaching use. Ownership and copyright are not transferred.
4. Prohibited uses
- Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or uploading files.
- Posting files to public or shared drives.
- Removing copyright or branding.
- Using a personal license for whole-class, school-wide, or commercial distribution.
- Representing GradeCove resources as official government or testing-organization materials.
5. Educational limitation
GradeCove resources support practice and revision. They do not guarantee a particular score, grade, school placement, or educational outcome and do not replace qualified teaching or individualized assessment.
6. Payments and delivery
Payments may be processed by a third-party merchant-of-record or payment provider. Download access is normally provided after successful payment. Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate email address.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, product text, questions, diagrams, designs, trademarks, and files are protected by intellectual-property law.
9. Availability and changes
GradeCove may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website content or products. Material product corrections will be addressed reasonably.
10. Governing law
