Personal and One-to-One Use License

This license applies to a standard GradeCove product purchase unless a different license is expressly stated.

Permitted use

• Use by one purchaser and members of the purchaser's immediate household.
• Printing reasonable copies for those household users.
• Use by one tutor or educator with one student at a time.
• Storage on the purchaser's private personal devices.

Not permitted

• Sharing the file with other households, tutors, teachers, schools, or organizations.
• Whole-class, school-wide, district-wide, or organizational reproduction.
• Uploading to websites, social media, public drives, learning-management systems, or shared folders accessible by unlicensed users.
• Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or inclusion in another product.
• Removal or alteration of copyright, trademark, or source notices.

Classroom use

A separate classroom or institutional license is required for simultaneous use with multiple unrelated students. Contact support@gradecove.com regarding availability.

Ownership

The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Copyright and ownership remain with GradeCove Learning.

Termination

The license terminates automatically if its terms are materially violated. The user must then stop using and delete the files.
